Completed sculpture of Catua and Omptua, Tesuque Pueblo runners from 1680, carrying a knotted cord made of yucca, a revolt message not know to them. They were tortured and killed on the Santa Fe Plaza on August 9th, sparking the beginning of the Pueblo Revolt August 10, 1680.
